We are not liable for parts ordered for incorrect applications. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided by our suppliers and are subject to change without notice.
3. Orders & Payment
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including orders suspected of fraud or abuse. Payment is collected at the time of purchase. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
4. Shipping & Fulfillment
Orders are fulfilled by third-party suppliers. Estimated shipping times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. Darkridge Offroad is not responsible for carrier delays, customs holds, or circumstances outside our control. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
5. Returns & Refunds
Returns are subject to our Return Policy. All return requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Electrical components and custom/special-order items are non-returnable.
6. Limitation of Liability
Darkridge Offroad is not liable for any damages resulting from improper installation, off-road use, or misuse of products purchased from our store. All products are sold as-is for off-road and recreational use. Installation by a qualified professional is recommended.
